How I freed myself from internal blocks and found my true source of strength.
Where the client ends and I begin Yesterday, I came to an expert session with @JuliaAmada with an important request.
I have a client, and while working with her, I felt stuck: it seemed that I couldn't remove the deep symptom that would create a strong, fundamental shift.
In a topic that was important for the client, we were moving slowly.
I had a suspicion about what the symptom was, but I didn't understand why I couldn't "hook" the necessary energy.

How I helped my children live in their impossible world.
When I communicate with my children, I never tire of thanking the heavens for sending me GSR🎯 because now not only am I living in my impossible, but my children are too.

How I learned to turn every day into a step towards a better life.
The source of social growth, The flow of professional development...
“Let the client live their own life...” This phrase from the 7th cycle has been spinning in my head for a long time...
Everyone knows: “don’t wish for someone else’s life...” because along with what you wish/want/like, the “other side of the coin” will come...
Why should I give all this *nonsense of mine to other people?

How I became more resilient to external difficulties and discovered new strengths within myself.
Good morning, friends.
I want to share one of my changes after almost 4 years in the GSR system.
Unexpectedly for myself, this morning I realized that I have changed over these 4 years in the system - my adaptability to external conditions or survival has increased, as Dmitry Ustinov mentioned in one of his videos.
Thanks to the greater resilience and self-reliance that I have developed within myself, I have become less sensitive to the pressures of the outside world (unfavorable circumstances that at first glance seem beyond my control).

How I learned to stay calm in any situation.
I want to express my gratitude to @Svetlana_Odarenko_GSR for the rank session.
I haven't recognized myself for almost a week, I'm calmer than ever.
I can easily endure my son's tantrums without even flinching.
Today, I showed extraordinary patience, which is unusual for me; after 10 minutes of screaming, I not only didn't lose my temper, but I wasn't even upset by the tantrum, and I had plenty of resources to support my son.

How I learned to be a woman and a mother, filling life with love and harmony.
How the feminine comes to life 🌱 Just a year and a half ago, my contact with my child was at a very excited, nervous level, filled with screams and tantrums; I would get worked up at the slightest provocation.
As I began to heal… very gradually, drop by drop, everything started to change.
With each passing moment, I reacted less aggressively to my child's tears and whims, which used to sound to me like nails on a chalkboard—it's terrifying to remember.
My reactions became calmer, without jumping straight into the fray, without a fight to the death that left me emotionally exhausted.

How I restored my inner balance after the accident.
Today I got into an accident.
I was stuck in traffic and felt a strong impact.
At first, I didn't understand anything, I was in shock from the surprise and was desperately trying to comprehend what had happened.
After a while, I realized I needed to set a symptom for myself, which turned out to be a distortion of the 1st chakra "chik and there's nothing." In moments like these, you especially appreciate the 1st module).

How I helped a client overcome fear and return to a full life.
I have experience working with a client after an accident.
She confused the gas with the brake, crashed under a "KAMAZ," and became very afraid to ride in a car, even as a passenger...
It turned out that beneath this "pedal confusion" was a process that affected her entire life.
It sounded like this: "I'm sitting in my comfort zone, and they want to pull me out of it by the roots." —I asked the client: "What is this about?" —"About my whole life," — and she started to cry.

How I learned to stay calm in stressful situations.
In March, my husband was driving me and our daughter to the airport, and we got into an accident.
It was minor, but still a stress for an ordinary person.
I looked at my husband, and his face was twitching from a nervous tic.
But I was calm and steady, even though I hadn't worked through any symptoms related to this before.
