How I stopped wasting my energy on others and started growing myself.
#IllusionsOfOurTime
CARING FOR OTHERS In our world, it is considered something positive to care for others, to help those who cannot help themselves...
I want to show you the other side of this process, and perhaps someone will see in it a chance to change a lot in their own life, as well as in the lives of those they used to worry about...
I used to care deeply for other people, believing that if I didn’t help them, no one would...
The essence here is not even about those people I cared for; it’s about me (as, in fact, the reasons for everything happening should always be sought within oneself first)...

How I learned to love my body by working through my resentments towards my parents.
Body, its acceptance, and grievances towards parents.
What’s the connection?
Direct.
I came to this conclusion based on my work with myself and others.

How I Learned to Be Myself and Feel Whole.
It's so great to be myself!
Even if just for a little while.
That "little" that exists in me right now, thanks to GSR sessions.
But it's wonderful to be even just a little bit - to be myself, simple and natural.

How I Changed My Life by Starting to Work on Myself.
I was recently asked, "Are you happy?"
After a moment of reflection, I replied, "YES!!!"
It seems that nothing has changed in my external surroundings—the same house, the same job, the same people, and even the events are "+-" pretty much the same.
BUT so much has changed in my inner sense of self.
🔸I am someone who never knew how to manage social media.
I found it uninteresting.

How I freed myself from the dependency on happiness and learned to create it within.
HAPPINESS My HAPPINESS is an internal state that DIRECTLY depends on the depth of consciousness and does NOT depend on external factors.
For example: When I feel good, I am happy, and the external world is beautiful, regardless of the weather, people, or circumstances.
When I feel bad inside, no matter what happens outside, I will see sadness, disappointment, or fear.
If happiness truly depended on external factors—what a hell that would be!

What GSR has given me over the past three years.
I wanted to compare before and after.
Just the result of how my life has changed.
I compared my states in different contexts of life, waking up in the morning.

How I helped my aunt get rid of pain in three days without any ambitions!
Without ambitions for results, this week’s Monday was quite eventful.
At 8:00 AM, I had a meeting with an expert.
By 9:00 AM, I was already on the other side of the city to conduct a session with my aunt.
She is my first and so far "permanent" client.

How to achieve inner balance and make important life decisions.
Sometimes we adjust ourselves to the opinions of those around us, to the accepted norms within that environment, which do not align with our own feelings and disrupt our internal balance.
A young woman reached out with a request: "I want a second child, but when I think about sleepless nights again, about sacrificing myself, I feel overwhelmed with fear." This "want" but "I can't handle it" resonates for her as an intrusive problem.
During the session, there were indications of unstable relationships with her husband, a mismatch with her father's expectations, and a desire to constantly prove herself to a critical mother-in-law.
Driven by this energy, the woman felt compelled to have another child to demonstrate that she had done everything to keep the family together, to showcase her worth as a woman, and to fulfill social norms.

How I Found the Strength to Change My Life After My Husband's Betrayal.
Recently, a woman came to me for a session, feeling broken: she was struggling with unstable relationships with her husband.
Plus, a year ago, his infidelity came to light, which deeply affected her.
We worked through this state, of course, alleviating the pain in which she seemed to be frozen.
She felt lighter afterward.
