Transformative experience improving morning routines and household tasks.
Here is the translated text:
The result of working through the symptoms from the first day of the second stream of classes on the Life Flow.
The task was to take a focus and work through it in the context of the life flow, as I did.
I removed a symptom related to how I spent my morning, the very act of waking up and preparing breakfast.
I’ll describe this process a bit.

GSR sessions help parents address children's issues by improving resource flow.
How can a GSR session help address a child's issues?
What should you do if your child bites their nails, eats very little, or has nighttime accidents, even though they are old enough?
The child understands that this is not normal, but they feel powerless to change it.
Parental pleas often fall on deaf ears, as this area is beyond the child's control.

Valuable insights on expert accompaniment and overcoming personal barriers.
Experts V/S Accompanied I never thought I would go through this experience myself, but I made it!
Although living through it feels more like some kind of hell, and thoughts of giving up keep creeping in.
:) My post will be interesting for those who are in expert accompaniment.
For me, this experience is invaluable, as an expert, to see the mechanism of overcoming barriers in the resource as an accompanied person!

Training helped shift my perspective on my husband's drinking habits.
During the training "Life, Relationships, Family" in Dubai, which took place in May of this year, I noticed a focus related to my internal prohibition regarding my husband's interests—enjoying a good time with a bottle of beer, some fish or chips.
His hobby of collecting rare drinks and occasionally allowing himself to have a drink.
My husband is not an alcoholic; he drinks very rarely, but sometimes he has the desire to spend an evening with a glass of something.
The maximum effect this has is that after beer, he becomes sleepy and heavy, struggles with his sleepiness and fatigue, grumbles something discontented about my noise or expressions of dissatisfaction, and sometimes just shuts down.

Choosing a picture for the post, I couldn't stop myself and decided not to limit or deny myself.
😅 If even one of these images reminds you of your relationship with your work, then you definitely should read to the end.

Transformed a challenging day into a harmonious experience through self-management.
Yesterday, I had an interesting and very new experience ❤️👻 Although, ideally, this is an experience that a first-module student should share, not a level 2 expert… but it is what it is)) 😀 I woke up feeling tired, and it was somehow difficult in the morning.
I couldn’t seem to make progress on my current family tasks that are important to me.
There was so much to do, but it felt like I didn’t have enough resources for everything… I went out to run some errands, and I started to feel physically unwell in the car… Everything was going wrong… It was hot, the sun was baking the car, there was traffic, and I even panicked a bit, thinking I might feel worse in the car 😀😀😀 I felt dependent on the situation, my state, and the circumstances, plus the traffic, heat, and dizziness… 🤪 I wanted to go home, close the blinds, and not go anywhere.
I was really feeling off.

GSR method transformed driving anxiety into confidence and ease.
How to eliminate "road anxiety"?
A case study through GSR A girl came to me who drives often with her child, but around her is complete chaos: sometimes someone jumps in front of her car, sometimes trucks "invade," and traffic lights seem to be against her.
She has experience and drives carefully, but it feels like the road "doesn't accept" her.
Sound familiar?

Overcoming legal disputes led to personal growth and renewed hope.
Symptom
The impossible.
Prolonged situations with legal disputes in business.
Under the influence of this symptom, there is a strong sense of depression.
Life is hard as it is, and the situation with the courts feels like a standstill in time, making it difficult to "turn" this stuck and rusted pillar...

Mother learns to communicate better with her son, reducing conflict.
"How to stop fighting with your child and start understanding them?"
A case analysis through a GSR session based on a mother's request.
A woman came to me with a classic concern: "My son is constantly in opposition.
I don't know how to communicate with him—he rejects everything I say.
I want to maintain our connection, but I can't give in, or I'll lose my authority." I think very few parents have avoided these scenarios while raising their children.
