How I overcame the fear of change and began to grow with my children.
Or another example, like learning to drive a car, speeding up to a high speed, and then seeing the high speed on the speedometer and getting scared.
I had a similar experience in my childhood.
I remember it very well.
When I was 6 years old, I got a bicycle called Orlyonok.

How I overcame doubts and started my channel thanks to the new energies of the experiment.
Even despite some dream, I can start moving towards running my own channel.
I decided to begin with this review, although I could have chosen not to do it.
Although Yulia Amada suggested that those who write a review should arrange their symptoms in the GSR, it wasn't that which motivated me, but the feeling that I could take a step in the flow of the experiment, and there is already energy for that step within me.
And there is energy to start running the channel, rather than putting it off for later.

How to reconnect with the body and improve quality of life.
Today, I worked with a client on a very interesting and indicative state — it can be called "dead." What does this mean?
Imagine a "autopilot" mode, where the body seems to disconnect from its own signals: physical pain is hardly noticed or simply doesn't matter, any bodily sensations lose significance, and the focus completely shifts to emotional experiences — they seem to be the only important thing.
In this case, the body can be perceived as a secondary element or as a tool to try to understand the inner self.
The client said directly: "Physical pain doesn't bother me, but emotional pain does.

How I overcame my inner barrier and regained joy.
I want to share a piece of my reality.
The other day, I caught myself feeling what I call "BAD." Familiar?
When there's a howl inside, but everything seems to be going well on the outside, yet there's no joy.
It turned out to be a classic internal barrier before moving to a new level.
I want to share a piece of my reality.

How I discovered my powerful male potential and learned to take action!
BARRIER #8 If you track the dynamics of all the Barriers, including the 8th, they are about the growth of my male side, about the possibility of its realization...
It's really cool and valuable - to grow into it, to start feeling it, to launch processes and act on it...

How I learned to live in my feelings and find unconditional love.
My review of participating in the experiment @JuliaAmada Why do I need 30 sessions a day and what do tomatoes have to do with it?
I have long sessions and I have been working on the 1M technique for a while now.
I am participating in Julia Amada's 30x30 marathon.
I entered it with the ambition: what will I present to the group if I am doing 0.5 out of 30 a day?

How I discovered the thrill of life and learned to grow as a woman.
I still circled around the symptom in search of the feeling that Yulia described to me in my symptom afterwards.
It was tender, very valuable.
There is zero, but there is no feeling.
But when my younger daughter approached me, I looked into her eyes, she started laughing, chattering about her things, and I felt that very tremor, the importance, the tenderness, something very close, familiar, something I wanted to hold close and never let go.

How I helped a person see their true potential and reach a new level of growth.
This year, I participated as the expert in choosing my winner for "Year Results with GSR." Since it was my first experience, I learned to select a person I could be helpful to.
From my inner desire to invest, I realized that I could help someone move forward when things are difficult, unclear, long, and not as they would like.
I wanted to help take a step further, not to give up, not to stray from the path.
My winner became Maria Barasheva @Mariabarash.
