How one tendency changed my attitude toward rank and my inner state
The story of one tendency, or a little about rank.
I'll start with some background.
I've been practicing GSR for 4 years, and until today I was doing sessions for myself sort of… out of habit.
Lately, bogged down in a pile of distortions, I was doing a lot on autopilot, without really analyzing anything, trying to finish as quickly as possible and solve a bunch of my problems all at once.

I'll start with some background.

How I found a sense of belonging in my family and recognized my worth
I worked through two symptoms with a specialist: a compressed spring and emptiness, loneliness.
These two symptoms turned out to be closely connected to my current state after a vacation with my brother, his wife, and my little niece, and a conflict I had with his wife.
During that trip I got to know some difficult feelings..
I realized that I was most likely experiencing the same feelings my father's sisters had experienced.

How I turned fear into growth and started earning money from GSR sessions
I've been settling into my new role as a GSR specialist for 3 months.
And for 3 months I've been living by the motto "I'm scared, but I'm doing it" 🙈😁 It all started out very heavily in June.
Heaviness was still my middle name back then.
After my first client sessions with those closest to me, I sank into a little swamp for a couple of weeks and stayed there, slowly doing sessions only for myself.

How to regain control after an emotional collapse and create a new strategy
What changes when someone spends a long time working with their inner states?
Sometimes it seems that the result of deep work on yourself is that nothing throws you off anymore.
You don't get anxious.
You don't spiral.

How I moved beyond feeling useless and found a real purpose
I hope you're not familiar with that feeling when you keep doing and doing, but nothing changes?
I'm glad if that's the case, but I didn't manage to avoid ending up in that little pit.
The other day, I had a diagnostic assessment and worked through just one single symptom from it (about the expert's flow, in case you're wondering), which, to put it mildly, turned a lot of things upside down inside me, and, to put it mildly, I was freaking blown away by what GSR can do—by what Dmitry keeps telling us tirelessly, but we don't hear because of our own states.
My dear, darling psyche (naturally, I'm looking at it within the scope of my request) managed to build an 11-layer "nesting doll": Surface (layers 1–3): Essentially false goals that I worked on, but without results.
I hope you're not familiar with that feeling when you keep doing and doing, but nothing changes?

How psychotherapy helped us pass a state review and avoid project failure
I want to share my first client case involving my main client—my beloved husband❤️ With the help of sessions, we managed to pass the state review of our long-running project, even though everything pointed to us receiving a negative assessment (the first in our practice) and having to undergo another review at our own expense.
The project had been dragging on since last year.
This year, the review requirements became much stricter and more complicated, and many review staff members went on vacation, so we were assigned an external expert from the capital.
The expert issued an enormous number of comments.

How I started turning inner changes into real actions
20 scenarios of one rank ambition: what started changing This year, thanks to Yulia Kogun's involvement @Iuliia_Kogun_GSR (and Natasha Zavorotnyuk's unwavering support @Znatalochka), I started working more attentively on my rank ambitions (RA).
On September 3–4, I worked on the symptom “Drifting Away” in the SR field and worked through about 20 scenarios over those two days.
Before this work, the symptom felt like detachment from what was happening, an unwillingness to do anything, and a sense of my own inadequacy and uselessness.
Instead of directing time, money, and energy toward my goal, my resources went into dwelling on not being good enough.

How workplace relationships changed in 2 weeks after comprehensive work with a psychologist
I just love it… I spent 6 sessions explaining to a client at length that we were working comprehensively toward his goal: ✔️ removing gaps in SR—which will stabilize his inner state ✔️ then we will do adequatization work on SR, SCh, and the structure—this will help improve his interactions with people at work And what do I get in the end?
“CAN SESSIONS REALLY HAVE THAT EFFECT??” No, damn it🤬 you spent a whole year clashing with everyone at work, you got demoted, and they are pushing you toward being fired… And the fact that everything changed in 2 weeks while we were fixing you up is a complete coincidence.
I wish all of us the ability to track results in real life 🤍

How I regained my practice and hope after a long crisis
I also found myself in a situation where you keep doing the work, over and over, and nothing changes.
A year and a half ago, my sessions stopped working: the keys stopped working, and finding the initial source became critically difficult.
Last fall, I stopped doing sessions for clients and often had to hand my sheets over to a specialist for further work.
Throughout this time, my expert and I were looking specifically at my technique; we worked through about fifty symptoms, but the search process only kept getting worse.
