My entry point into GSR was a breakdown in all areas of my life, specifically: difficult relationships with my parents (after having a child and moving into their house), challenging dynamics with my husband (who is constantly on business trips), and feeling like my child is hindering my growth and development.

I had no energy for the child at all 😔 Now I feel sadness about this and can't look at his photos calmly.
I'm also working on my relationship with my adult son through GSR sessions; little by little, a living stream is starting to flow towards him from the dead flow, bringing softness and acceptance.
