I finally unpacked a very painful layer of my psyche, where my mother was perceived as a deadly enemy.
I have had a grievance against her my whole life, wondering why she couldn't control herself and instead unleashed her uncontrollable rage on my brother and me.
The realization from the unpacked symptoms showed that what we experienced from the entire range of her rage was actually the result of her holding back.

🖊 I discovered what it means to wake up every day at 5 AM, tackle a sea of household chores with joy, and go to work feeling energized, with birds singing around me and the sun shining, even if there are clouds in the sky.

The results of 2025 The most significant event of this year for me was the birth of my son.
My husband and I worked towards this for a long time, and finally, our dream came true - we became parents.
I worked a lot on the topic of having a child using the GSR method, and I also sought the help of GSR experts.
Even when I was nine months pregnant, I continued to have GSR sessions.

I want to share some small results from my work with @Irgekom.
In December, I participated in the "Delicious Parenting" workshop, after which Irina gifted me a diagnosis and identified a symptom.
I worked through all the fields with @Kraysman_Mari, and here’s what I’ve noticed: 🖊 It has become a bit easier for me to get up in the mornings; I’m not dragging myself out of bed by my hair anymore.
🖊 My boys haven’t fought even once during this time; they’ve been communicating harmoniously.

I took a long time to write this.
Without a systematic flow, the support of my expert, and this powerful wave of year-end reflections, I probably wouldn't have been able to open up to myself first and share my changes.

For the past few days, I've been catching myself thinking that I'm not enjoying the same entertainment or educational activities as before.
The music isn't right, the reels aren't right, the book isn't right, and the movies aren't interesting.

In November 2025, I was already thinking about the results of the year.
And in December, there was a complete reassessment, and my long list of flaws turned out to be the results of the year.

Hello everyone) I want to sincerely thank Irina Komarova @Irgekom for organizing the workshop "Living Me"❤️ Thanks to the tasks in the workshop and the practice of important focuses through GSR sessions, I received very pleasant results for myself, namely: 1.
❤️ I discovered a new very feminine hobby: I unexpectedly found out that there are various types of dance in my city, and I found the perfect activity — oriental dance, which matched my schedule, budget, and interests.

📸 Photo sessions: Surprisingly, in just one week, I participated in two informal photo sessions, each of which turned out to be productive and interesting.
