I am not living my life.
I am in a kind of looped state, like a scratched record or as if life is on pause, with no possibility to move forward.

I want to share the results of my participation in the experiment by Julia Amada on the Flow of Reality.
How I gained confidence and clarity for the future, opening new horizons for growth and responsibility.
This doesn't mean that I will take it, not now, but my readiness to take this step has become more decisive, more confident, with a certain willingness to take on this responsibility.
There are also shifts in the direction of generations.
Also in the direction of business and my growth as a GSR specialist.
My desired future requires my active participation in reality, and I still have a lot of work ahead of me.
This doesn't mean that I will take it, not now, but my readiness to take this step has become more decisive, more confident, with a certain willingness to take on this responsibility.

How I freed myself from the illusion of control and started living fully.
Later, in the evening, memories started to come back to me.
I remembered where and how I started smoking, I recalled my feelings (only now I see them more deeply), I saw a broken girl running away from home, where everything is complicated, where there is no safety, and where nothing depends on her.
And this girl buys herself cigarettes and feels as if something in her life is now under control (like, if she wants to, she goes out to smoke).
It’s that feeling, you know, as if I’m making my life somehow more predictable (read "safe").
Later, in the evening, memories started to come back to me.
I remembered where and how I started smoking, I recalled my feelings (only now I see them more deeply), I saw a broken girl running away from home, where everything is complicated, where there is no safety, and where nothing depends on her.
How I helped others create a new life and find true happiness.
Today I had a day of revelations.
A day when I looked into the eyes of my clients and told them the most important words.
I confessed my love to them.
Not the routine, not the formal kind, but the kind that is born somewhere in the solar plexus and spreads warmth throughout the body.

I have been moving in this direction for a long time, doing a lot of repairs and even taking steps in reality.
It's tough; every action requires separate effort, but I do it.
However, there is no "output" - people do not come to me from my close circle, social media, or free sessions.

So, yesterday I faced my reality in the flow of life, and I realized how much I had been constrained by my fears and insecurities, to the point that any little thing could throw me off my "balance."
I was able to see this process completely by chance when a cream lid fell on my foot...
it just fell, and it just hurt, and I just picked it up.
Working on myself through PPK, I am amazed by myself and my results.
And the more I work, the clearer the difference between the flow of life and the flow of consciousness becomes.
