I want to summarize the results of 2024.
What are they?
In any case, this is a piece of my life that I lived as best as I could under the circumstances I faced.

Year in Review: The Evolution of Life with GSR External Apartment: Twice the size of the previous one, ceilings half a meter higher, a closed courtyard without cars, underground parking, a waterfront right outside the entrance, daily sunsets with a view of the river, a separate office, a large common space with an amazing sofa (amazing is internal, while the sofa is definitely external).
We renovated from scratch and didn’t even get divorced (anyone who has renovated with careless contractors who love money but not responsibility will understand).
We charge curtains, water, and soap (Kashpirovsky has nothing to do with it - this is how far modern technology has come).
We moved in one day.

For several years now, I have been working as a psychologist and GSR specialist.
To be an adequate professional and truly help my clients, guiding them in THEIR importance rather than compensating for it, I have to work a lot on myself and with myself.
Throughout 2024, I have explored various areas to some extent, but the most significant result for me has been the ability to stop severing connections in any unclear situation.
My psychological tendency is to be in a counter-dependent position, and if something doesn't go my way, I immediately distance myself and retreat inward.

My 2024 Summary with GSR My journey with GSR began less than a year ago, in March.
At first glance, my overall state wasn’t too bad, but internally, I was at rock bottom.
My days passed on autopilot, with a single thought: to be left alone and not disturbed, to sit in a corner all day… After GSR sessions entered my life, vibrant pieces began to emerge in the mosaic of my world.
Now, ten months later, GSR sessions have become an integral part of my life.

Year-End Summary 2024 I have always struggled with a lack of life energy; everything I achieved was through sheer willpower, amidst tension and despair.
I grew up in a family where something was always happening, which sometimes made it frightening to live and to want anything.
I built my relationship with my husband based on the model of my parents, and I was dissatisfied with him.
He never did things right or the way I wanted.

This year has become the year of my dreams.
It all starts with family, love, and inner changes ✨ The impossible is possible: my year with GSR ✨ This year has been a true journey into the world of my dreams, a dream I have pursued for 10 years.
A year when I found myself inside my dream — being a mom.
For many years, I dreamed of becoming a mother, but the path turned out to be long and full of doubts.

My 2024 Last year was primarily about inner work for me.
These results are hard to measure; you can't count them or "touch them with your hands." However, that doesn't make them any less important.
But there are other achievements as well: ✅️ The past year significantly shifted my focus towards health.
Previously, I would only see doctors when something hurt and I needed urgent help.

My 2024 with GSR was guided by the motto, "If you're doing something and the result isn't what you expected, then you're doing something wrong!
Stop lying to yourself!
And find the distortion!" I primarily viewed this through my goal-oriented process: "Losing 20 kg is easy and fun," which I had initiated back in 2023.
By March 2024, I had discovered the keys to the dynamics of this process, and by July, I achieved my goal.

This year has been challenging for me, especially in terms of my internal states.
There have been many burdens, fears, impossibilities, helplessness, and anger.
Sometimes everything flows easily, everything falls into place, and a lot gets done.
