Also, during the session, I check my sensations in the "here and now": I have opposite sensations in my physical body compared to what the GSR expert voiced during the session (for example: the expert voiced the trend: "The throat is tightening, there is not enough air" - but I feel completely different, "I definitely have enough air, and my throat was tightening from another feeling").
And this is the case for many of the trends voiced by the GSR expert - I have no alignment at all with what he was saying during the session.
