There's a sense of tension, a need to be a certain way, confusion, and a feeling of being burdened with something I can't grasp, leading to a diminished position.

I struggled for a long time to understand what this meant in reality and what I was supposed to do...

A woman came to me wanting to work through several of her issues: parents, child, work.

However, during the diagnosis, it became clear that the real picture was completely different from her initial perception.
