How I learned to free myself from intrusive thoughts and felt liberated.
I remember when I first got acquainted with the GSR method, my mind was constantly spinning with a multitude of intrusive thoughts, like a broken record...
Thoughts about how I should have responded to my ex-husband in some distant argument, what I could have done better in a long-past situation, how to manage to pick up my younger child from daycare without being late after work, and so on...
Later, I realized that this kind of "thought blender," which is quite characteristic of many people, has a psychological term: rumination.
To ruminate means to get stuck in our repetitive "thought chews." Here are some typical examples of rumination: * when a person repeatedly replays an unpleasant conversation with their spouse or boss in their mind and experiences the same negative feelings as back then;
* if someone keeps thinking about what went wrong in their relationship with an ex-partner and can't seem to leave it in the past;
* when a person constantly imagines that they will definitely fail an upcoming exam or important event, despite preparing for it diligently;
* when doubts arise again and again that a headache is a symptom of a brain tumor, even after having been examined by a neurologist and undergoing an MRI that showed no abnormalities...

How I restored my broken relationship and returned to my husband.
A few months ago, I worked with a woman who left her husband right before giving birth, taking her older son with her.
She moved to another country where her relatives live, and there she successfully gave birth.
During the first session, she came in a state of confusion about how to move forward with her life.
Six months after the incident, her husband persistently suggested reuniting the family, but the woman struggled to let go of her grievances, and she also couldn't bring herself to file for an official divorce.

How I Overcame Anger and Rediscovered Joy in My Work.
The feeling of anger and irritation was hindering her ability to work effectively.
I am sharing this story from my practice with the client's permission.
A young woman came to me for individual sessions; she works in a government organization.
It's important to note that systemic organizations are difficult to change and restructure.

How I transformed my life and learned to get what I want quickly and easily!
I’m happy to share feedback from a girl we worked with for several months using the #GSR method: “It’s not easy to fully grasp all the changes because we worked on different fronts, but the most important thing is that I stopped waiting for someone to make my life brighter and more fulfilling for me, and I started creating it myself.
I travel more often and expand my social circle🔥 I feel much calmer and more confident in all areas.
Professionally, I finally started earning money for my work and working for myself.
By the way, I’m the first in my family to have my own business and not receive a salary, but to create my own business entirely👍 The attitude of the people around me seems to have become more respectful, and I’ve felt more reciprocity, which made me want to be more open myself🤗 In my relationship with my partner, I’ve simply become calmer; I feel like nothing can upset me now, and I hope to build lasting close relationships💞 It was important for me that my own anger no longer destroys either me or everything around me!

How I Rediscovered My Passion for Learning and Aced My Exam!
I worked with a young woman who decided to pursue a second higher education in a field that interested her.
However, while preparing for her first exam session, she faced feelings of losing interest, lethargy in mastering the material, and she began to think that she didn't want to continue studying; she even considered dropping out of university.
We conducted a GSR session to address this state.
Many ancestral patterns emerged, such as the belief that girls were not meant to study or that children of peasants were not expected to receive an education.

How I Found Harmony in Relationships and Started My Own Development!
My changes over 1 year and 10 months in Gsr, and about the New Stream of Social Growth.
Yesterday, I was asked what changes I’ve experienced with Gsr.
I started to answer, then added to my response, and eventually, this post was born) The most significant change is that I love my man, I want to marry him, I want to have children with him, I want to build a house, buy an apartment, and I see my whole life together with him)) I didn’t have this before… I used to think, “I want something, but I don’t know what” and “I’ll run away into the field, driven by the wind.” Even though we’ve been together for almost 15 years.
I feel warm at home❤️ I’m not running away from it.

It seems it's time to draw a line at this stage.

How I Found Harmony Between Work and Motherhood.
In society, there is a fairly popular psychological model known as the "wheel of balance." Have you heard of it?
Have you tried filling out such a "wheel"?
You draw a circle and divide it into equal segments.
One segment is for family, the second for work, the third for hobbies, the fourth for friends, the fifth for health, and so on.

How I Found Harmony in Life and Business.
Once again, I am convinced of how right it is to conduct a thorough analysis of one’s life every 50 sessions!
#gsr300 I feel like a completely different person with different values and perspectives on life.
In business, I’ve found a second wind; I remembered my keys to initial success, which is client orientation 😇.
In recent years, I had started to forget about this and impose certain rules on my clients.
Once again, I am convinced of how right it is to conduct a thorough analysis of one’s life every 50 sessions!
