About three years ago, I conducted just two sessions with my sister—I had only completed the second module at that time.
The first session focused on her depressive state (she didn't want to leave the house and wrapped herself in a scarf so that she wouldn't be "recognized").
The second session addressed her fear of schoolchildren (she had a traumatic experience with school bullying).

My entry point into GSR was a breakdown in all areas of my life, specifically: difficult relationships with my parents (after having a child and moving into their house), challenging dynamics with my husband (who is constantly on business trips), and feeling like my child is hindering my growth and development.

I want to share my little miracle from today.
I had a session with my younger daughter about one of her quirks, and there were some insights regarding her interaction with her sister.
The girls are very different.
In recent years, thanks to my sessions for myself, the tension between them has decreased, and they sometimes enjoy friendship and spend time together.

How I learned to accept my son and see in him a future successful person.
I raised my son alone and threw myself into work.
I had no energy for the child at all 😔 Now I feel sadness about this and can't look at his photos calmly.
I'm also working on my relationship with my adult son through GSR sessions; little by little, a living stream is starting to flow towards him from the dead flow, bringing softness and acceptance.
Six months ago, I released my feelings about his kindergarten photo, where he looks with frightened eyes.
I raised my son alone and threw myself into work.
I had no energy for the child at all 😔 Now I feel sadness about this and can't look at his photos calmly.

This year has been a significant transitional period for me.
As I approached my fifth year in the GSR system, I felt that everything was now "serious." This year was so filled with events and inevitable changes that when I scrolled through my phone's photos from January 2024, I couldn't remember most of the events.
This means that the changes that occurred after deep repairs have forever and profoundly transformed me.
But that's not a bad thing, no.
