How to stop saving loved ones and start changing yourself for relationship harmony.
How to do good for loved ones without attracting the attention of the sanitarians 😅🚑
Many of us have a superpower — to see where our loved ones are "a little off," and we all, as true well-wishers, naturally strive to help our dear ones.
A person who has tried GSR knows where the problem lies and what to do, so they will undoubtedly tell their loved one: "Okay, you urgently need a session, or better yet, the first module right away."
I know all this not by hearsay, but from my own experience.
For example, at one time, I really wanted to help my man, my mother, my daughter, friends, and other people with the problems I encountered.
My husband got the most of it, but at first, he looked at me with those suggestions to see a GSR specialist as if I were slightly crazy.

How I changed my attitude towards clinics and got rid of old fears.
I have been crying all day today...
I cry out of gratitude to my expert @vika_mingalimova for saying that there would be a day of systemic zero and Olga Lobarova would provide the flow.
And during that time, I could try to make progress in the session on that flow.
I am grateful to @Awispa for that very flow...

How I found closeness with people and learned to share joy.
GSR gave me closeness with people
What did GSR give me for my birthday?
The realization that I am finally open to contact with other people.
I had a difficult childhood.
My father had bipolar disorder and refused to take medication.

How I overcame barriers and returned to life by addressing deep symptoms.
It's been a month since my self-sessions broke down, and today I found the reason.
Since July, I started working regularly with my expert in GSR, just like I did before I confidently stepped into self-sessions.
The symptoms addressed with the expert caused me agonizing irritation, as they felt ineffective.
Yes, they alleviated the acute pain, but they didn't promote progress.

How I helped a client transform fears and build a true Cinderella-worthy relationship.
I want to share a client case ❤️
The story of a modern Cinderella, or what kind of life can be created after 300 GSR sessions (when you are a GSR client)
Over two years and 300 GSR sessions, a man, a family, a new country, and a big house by the sea appeared in her life.
But what's even more interesting is not how much her life changed on the outside, but how much she herself changed over these two years.
Why do I call this story the story of a modern Cinderella?
Because the usual Cinderella story ends with a wedding.

How I learned to see not only conflicts but also growth opportunities in relationships.

The next result
Gradually, the way she experienced the relationship began to change.
She started to see not just the man, but she began to notice herself within the conflict.
For example, how important it was for her to prove her point.
How long she could tolerate before reaching a boiling point and then trying to get what she wanted through conflict.

Not only she changed.
Her life changed too.
There were big changes happening outside as well.
By May 2026, they moved to a new country and managed to rent a large house by the sea.

How I discovered a resource for understanding and inspiration in my relationship with my husband.
I want to share my observations after the Source.
It might not be a very bright event, and I probably won't describe it smartly, but that doesn't matter.
I want to fix and extend into the system what I am discovering.
How the resource of one person continues in a couple and returns through a common endeavor.

How I helped my client restore vitality and cope with oncology.
Case: psychological support for cancer
My client is my man.
Just over a year ago, he was diagnosed with "cancer."
The GSR sessions really helped him regain a balanced emotional state and accept this diagnosis.
We worked on the fear of becoming disabled, alleviating the resistance related to the need to regularly visit the oncology center.
Before the illness, he hardly ever got sick and had never been hospitalized.
