I struggled for a long time to understand what this meant in reality and what I was supposed to do...
It so happened that during this period, a close person to me had her mother starting to pass away.

I'm a mother of many 😱 What are my first feelings?
I'm loving it 🥰 Both from the realization that I've brought at least three people into this world and from the fact that I'm experiencing completely different feelings about motherhood this time 😌 With my previous maternity leaves and the births of my first children, motherhood was just a mountain of anxiety and fears, a feeling of heaviness and helplessness, a loss of self, and an inability to balance raising children with my own self-realization (which has always been important to me).
Essentially, it felt like a halt in my own life and a complete switch to the child and their needs!
Both times, I suffered internally, even though I thought I was doing everything right 🤪 I knew this time would be different because I have GSR ❤️ I can work through any of my feelings and states!

CASE 2 A young woman.
In a pre-divorce state for the past few years.
There is a common child.
By the time of the session, she had already expressed to her husband her firm intention to file for divorce.

I've always been curious about life.
Books, music, travel, yoga, qigong, painting, Eastern dance, and even Zumba (after turning 60).

Having been completely independent since the age of 17 and spending most of my life at the piano, I had unrealistically idealistic views of the world and humanity.
