How I helped a client find love and confidence in just a few sessions!
I encounter amazing things every day...
Today, I worked with a new client who achieved results right during the session...
something that seemed impossible to her.
And this is just the beginning – there’s still more to unfold☘️
It’s especially rewarding to introduce someone to how a GSR session works and the opportunities that can sometimes be realized immediately!

How I Achieved My Goals Faster with Expert Guidance.
When working on yourself, you encounter your complex processes and "unpleasant" states that you tend to avoid or simply don't see (blind spot).
No matter how much you try to escape, these disruptions don't go away and significantly hinder your progress toward your goals.
My Expert, Dar’ya Ivanova, is incredibly helpful in this regard.
Expert guidance is a mega-effective stream for growth and development.

How I Changed My Life Thanks to GSR Sessions.
GSR sessions are an approach to working on oneself from a new level of depth.
Let me describe a case where, in just 4 sessions, a young woman found herself in her best relationship.
What is needed for this?
A request, openness, and readiness for changes that unfold in the best way for each individual's system.

How I Changed My Relationship with My Son Through Understanding My Mother.
I am currently working with a woman, a professor at one of the American universities, regarding her relationship with her elderly mother.
Interestingly, initially, when we discussed focus areas for our work, the client mentioned that her relationship with her mother did not bother her, and we focused on her immediate concerns.
After some time, the client herself concluded that she had built her entire life on certain strong "masculine" qualities, while she did not feel her feminine side at all.
At this point, the idea of "working on the mother" suddenly seemed relevant to her.

How I regained my confidence in motherhood and helped my child become more independent.
I want to share about a client session.
We just worked with a regular client on her current state.
Her one-year-old baby fell off the bed, and she is really worried that he got hurt and is in pain.
She can't find peace and doesn't want to let the child out of her arms at all.

How I freed myself from internal limitations and found true motivation.

With "Compensatorics, motivation." Dmitry Ustinov guided us through the 6th cycle to our maximum.
He led us, led us...
We reached the peak of our maximum, looked at what was next...
And when he said to ask ourselves "why do I need this?" I saw some deep compensation.

How I learned to live for myself and find a true interest in my life.
After the symptom of "compensatory motivation," I started to look deeper.
How can one live without relating to others?
If everything I do isn't just to turn back and show everyone how great I am?
How can I live not through the lens of other people?

If you've long dreamed of having a child, gave birth, and now feel like a prisoner to that child—this post is for you.
I know there won't be any comments under this post because admitting that you sometimes hate your child is shameful.
Especially when you see on social media and in advertisements those vanilla confessions of maternal love.
But your experience is different.

How I Became a Versatile Person and Changed My Life Forever.
After I accepted that "I don't want anything and I don't need anything" (read: I categorized this symptom across all areas), I realized that there is no guiding star or light at the end of the tunnel within me that I could follow and say, "this is what my 'self' wants." There is no sense of self, nothing that is important, necessary, or valuable to me...
I asked myself, "where do I go from here?" Where can I go and grow if I am not interested in either material or spiritual goals?
The GSR system suggests that one can grow into a kind of universal person.
During the 7th cycle of training, I addressed the "avatar" symptom.
