How I learned to see my life in a new way and improved my relationships with loved ones.
Seeing How You Live
At the beginning of June, I attended a GSR training for a new cohort.
I gained the skill to look at my life from a new perspective, and I discovered many new insights about myself and my life.
I made several interesting observations about my reality, and I will try to share them.
I saw my everyday life in a new light.

How I learned to enjoy every moment of life while staying relaxed.
I want to share!
Because something very important is happening, something globally changing in my perception of life.
I’m genuinely interested in exploring myself, my capabilities, and growing in different states of consciousness and real life.
The main keys to self-exploration come to me as I develop as a specialist in the GSR system.

How I realized that the results of the sessions can only unfold after a year, and how this helps me grow.
Yesterday, I had a very interesting meeting with an expert.
I want to not so much share with you as to record some moments for myself.
But if someone is not seeing results from their sessions, perhaps something similar is happening to you...
I have a number of sessions that I did about a year ago, and the results from those sessions are only now fully revealing themselves.

Conflict between a mother and her teenage daughter: how can GSR help?
Many parents face challenges in raising their children during the early teenage years.
When yesterday's sweet child suddenly transforms into a teenager who responds sharply, sometimes rudely, and starts to assert their boundaries in new ways, it can feel like the relationship is crumbling.
The fear of what might happen next is daunting—after all, this is just the beginning of the notorious teenage period.

What can help in making decisions about work processes?

How I Reclaimed the Joy of Childhood and Learned to Enjoy Every Moment of Life.
Year in review...
I could write a lengthy post about everything that happened in my life in 2024, how many interesting trainings I went through, how much I gained, and how my income grew...
But I want to share something entirely different...
I've always looked at small children and longed to "catch" their zest for life, to remember how to enjoy everything that is shown to you or given to you: from any twig, leaf, fluff, or pebble...

How I changed my family's attitude towards alcohol and freed myself from fear.
During the training "Life, Relationships, Family" in Dubai, which took place in May this year, I noticed a focus related to my internal prohibition on my husband's interests—enjoying a good time with a bottle of beer, some fish or chips.
His hobby of collecting rare drinks and occasionally allowing himself to have a drink.
My husband is not an alcoholic; he drinks very rarely, but sometimes he has the desire to spend an evening with a glass of something.
The maximum effect this has is that after beer, he becomes sleepy and heavy, struggles with his sleepiness and fatigue, grumbles something discontented about my noise or expressions of dissatisfaction, and sometimes just shuts down.
