Results of 2025: "I didn't jump out of the window, I didn't divorce my husband, I am a mom..." ❤️🙏🥹 @org_GSR On March 2, 2025, my little son was born, my first, long-awaited, my GSR - a miracle🥹 The journey to having a child was a series of repairs lasting about 5 years, and he is my visual, undeniable proof that the impossible is possible ✨ ❤️ Very challenging dream birth I gave birth to my little one at almost 37 years old, in a regular maternity hospital near my home, with a duty team, almost at 42 weeks, by myself, weighing 4212...
When I tell someone from a not-so-close circle (my close ones already know everything) the story of my birth, people experience a slight shock from my journey, the risks, and so on...
🙈 But I had a clear plan, faith in myself and my baby, and a lot of sessions🙏🙏🙏 I really wanted to give birth naturally, without inductions and so on, I didn't go to the hospital just in case, which was strongly recommended to me.
I was helped by an osteopath, a doula, and my expert - Saule @kayumovasaule ❤️❤️❤️ And I really created for myself almost the birth of my dreams, although it was very, very challenging 🙏 My son was born absolutely healthy, without hypoxia and complications, although there were many moments and nuances that could have led to negative developments....

How I fulfilled my dream of becoming a mom at 42 with GSR.
The results of 2025 The most significant event of this year for me was the birth of my son.
My husband and I worked towards this for a long time, and finally, our dream came true - we became parents.
I worked a lot on the topic of having a child using the GSR method, and I also sought the help of GSR experts.
Even when I was nine months pregnant, I continued to have GSR sessions.

How I learned to enjoy life and become a real mom, not a success princess.
"I was resting during the session": how we gathered ourselves anew A client, a mother of three, came with a request about her youngest daughter.
And in the process, we discovered that she doesn't allow herself to relax at all.
Inside, there is a constant state of "I have to run, move, otherwise I won't survive." At the beginning of our contact, there was no access to relaxation.
At all.

How to help a child find their rightful place in competitions and avoid unnecessary emotional difficulties.
I'm sharing a case from the stream of parents for children.
My husband's session on overcoming barriers to expensive items turned into a prize-winning moment for our son at a competition.
It's important to understand that the item is impressive, purchased from a premium store, and bought without financial strain.
Yet instead of joy, there was a sense of discomfort… After the GSR session, it became easier to identify with quality items and to accept oneself.

My experience of motherhood with my daughter is radically different.
While I was pregnant, I worked through many processes, fears, and uncertainties with GSR sessions.

GSR sessions improved my daughter's stress and strengthened our bond.
Yesterday, I conducted GSR sessions with my daughter.
She is in her third year at Medical University, specializing in clinical psychology.
The third year is always challenging for students.
Her specialization requires mental resilience.

Improved relationship with son through personal growth and genuine connection.
I want to document my progress in working on my relationship with my son.
I have been addressing this area since I started in GSR, both on my own and with expert guidance and a specialist.
This was my sore spot.
In general, children are not easy for me; carrying a child was not simple, and I was even discouraged from having kids, which made interaction challenging.

Client feels closer to daughter after learning to give her space.
And also...
in my expert guidance, one of my goals was to "establish a trusting relationship with my daughter," and now I feel closer to her than ever!
It's clear that there's still a lot of work ahead with my daughter, but this situation has shown me in practice that yes!!!

Motherhood can be overwhelming, but support helps build a strong bond with your child.

I once found it very difficult too, and I want to share how I navigated through tough times after becoming a mom myself.
Being a good mom when you feel good about being a mom is two very different things.
It's great when both of these points align, but more often than not, they don't.

Mother learns to communicate better with her son, reducing conflict.
"How to stop fighting with your child and start understanding them?" A case analysis through a GSR session based on a mother's request.
A woman came to me with a classic concern: "My son is constantly in opposition.
I don't know how to communicate with him—he rejects everything I say.
I want to maintain our connection, but I can't give in, or I'll lose my authority." I think very few parents have avoided these scenarios while raising their children.

How I Found Harmony in Motherhood and Reclaimed Myself in the Postpartum Period.
I'm a mother of many 😱 What are my first feelings?
I'm loving it 🥰 Both from the realization that I've brought at least three people into this world and from the fact that I'm experiencing completely different feelings about motherhood this time 😌 With my previous maternity leaves and the births of my first children, motherhood was just a mountain of anxiety and fears, a feeling of heaviness and helplessness, a loss of self, and an inability to balance raising children with my own self-realization (which has always been important to me).
Essentially, it felt like a halt in my own life and a complete switch to the child and their needs!
Both times, I suffered internally, even though I thought I was doing everything right 🤪 I knew this time would be different because I have GSR ❤️ I can work through any of my feelings and states!

How I Helped My Son Overcome His Fear of Kindergarten.
Report on GSR session N133 My son doesn't want to go to kindergarten #GSR #GSR300 This Monday, I took my son to kindergarten.
It turned out that it takes 45 minutes to walk there, while I can get back home in half an hour without him.
Once I got home, I decided to take care of some tasks.
I relaxed and enjoyed my free time.

How I Rediscovered Joy in My Life and Learned to Love My Children Again.
Recently, a young woman on maternity leave reached out to me.
She has two small children, aged 0.6 and 4 years.
She looked exhausted, with a dull gaze.
She shared that she feels tired, overwhelmed by endless diapers, onesies, and the sound of crying children.

How to find your unique approach to parenting and strengthen your bond with your children.
Once, a person who, by the way, didn't have any children of his own, told me that I was raising my son incorrectly because I let him stick out his tongue and run through puddles😅.
Have you often encountered people trying to teach you how to be a good parent?
Did their advice help you?
Not really for me🤪.

How Parents Changed Their Children's Lives with GSR.
In the context of our discussion, it is important to understand that parents who actively and deeply engage with the GSR methodology achieve very good and lasting results for their children with such characteristics.
This is already a fact.
This does not negate the influence of other factors, including genetic ones.
However, the GSR tools are very effective in this regard as well!

How to set children on the right path in life and avoid future difficulties.
I am deeply inspired by the feedback from parents when such turning points occur in their children's lives.
I don't know how to fully appreciate this gift of GSR to humanity.
It's not just about solving a problem; it's about setting a different trajectory for life right from the start.
It's about paving a new path that will lead to a different point of realization, avoiding a tremendous number of bumps and failures along the way.
