How to turn resistance into a powerful resource for meaningful changes in life
In support of all the stubborn ones and those who resist.
Or how to move from a point where you really, really want to destroy something into the most amazing life you’ve been waiting for.
I wanted to share an interesting situation that happened to me recently….
I’ve quite often heard Dmitry say during training that society lacks an active mechanism aimed at growth in rank, and that often, at the point where a person should direct their resources outward and into new steps, making meaningful changes in their life, they start wrecking their life instead.
In support of all the stubborn ones and those who resist.

How I realized that weakness doesn't mean losing confidence
It suddenly dawned on me why I resist weakness.
Well, not exactly suddenly A few sessions on what's difficult right now, plus a rank session, and voilà In my mind, they were fused together—weakness equals a loss of confidence.
But these are perceptual settings that are fundamentally unrelated.
As soon as these two states separated in my mind, my resistance to weakness immediately disappeared.

How I learned to find the right moments and turn surprises into desired results
What the result of an irrational request looks like On Friday, Madina @madina2204 and I worked through the symptom "expectations of the future" This symptom is about a resource I have: maneuvering through flows.
That is, being in the right place at the right time.
For me, this is a feeling of freedom to move through life, when you move and act easily in reality without expectations, relying on your intuition about which step to take, where, and when, to achieve the desired result.
And here is what the result of working through this energy looked like.

How I realized I didn't want changes, and why that matters
Yesterday, Olga Lobareva organized a flow for the "First Chakra" project.
The suggestion came from the level-one expert.
Project participants can work, independently or with a specialist, on basic distortions and fears that the psyche is unaware of.
This opportunity is provided by the system for deeper changes in the psyche and sweeping changes in life.

How I grew through grief and found new purpose in business and supporting others
My client and I have already traveled a very valuable path together.
We have grown from the depths of despair and grief after the loss of her husband in the special military operation into a vibrant process of taking an interest in her own business and changing her immense loyalty to her "dear girls." #review

How to let go of inner judgment and find femininity and lightness
A woman came to me wanting to work on her attitude toward her father, specifically the fact that he drank.🍸 Now, you might think: the woman herself had never had problems with alcohol, and these days she doesn't drink alcohol in any form or quantity at all.
So why bring up this topic to work on?
The client suspected that this might be precisely why she attracts similar men into relationships—that is, men who drink—and she really doesn't like it and wants to keep it out of her life.
She isn't in a relationship right now, but in the future she would like to be with someone who won't drink.

How I escaped abuse and found inner strength
✨I'm sharing a touching and profound review from my client that is impossible to read without being deeply moved 👇 💬 “My story is full of complicated nuances.
Just 15 years ago, I was a successful manager: I confidently handled negotiations in any area, drove a car, and flew on planes.
But my personal life brought devastating trials that shattered my world to its foundations.
I found myself powerless against someone else's manipulation and abuse.

How I realized my solitude was hindering my growth and began to change
I just had a session with Olga @unamusic, it's so funny how interpretations and reality often match up) Funny stories coming up))) Overall, the session was about how, after achieving results (business, income) and a dream (a trip to the Maldives), the flow for moving forward is strong and steady, but in reality and inside, what I feel right now is a standstill and a slump… Olga interprets the figure: “It's as though you're pushing people away, like you're ‘growling’ at them.” Me in real life yesterday: a couple comes up to get acquainted.
The girl asks: is this your first time in the Maldives?
I say yes.
And I ask her boyfriend: what about you?

How to overcome addiction without fearing old habits and find a new quality of life
Overcoming addiction doesn't always happen through aversion.
Living high is easy; learning to enjoy other things is a skill you still have to develop, while getting instant pleasure to flip that inner switch is easier.
Dependency in relationships is a little more complicated; sometimes the knot is very tangled, but that's not for this post.
If you're strongly addicted to something, it comes down to wanting to live differently because you feel you can no longer go on the old way.

How my mom let go of fear and began living with ease
ANXIETY ABOUT CHILDREN How anxiety turns into a flow of love and openness A session for my mom The issue: anxiety about her daughter (me) and granddaughter.
Mom can't listen to news about Saint Petersburg—she tries not to think about it.
If the news reports something worrying, she can't sleep at night; she's even afraid to call in case she happens to hear something bad.
The energy in the symptom was a mental freeze.

How I moved beyond feeling useless and found a real purpose
I hope you're not familiar with that feeling when you keep doing and doing, but nothing changes?
I'm glad if that's the case, but I didn't manage to avoid ending up in that little pit.
The other day, I had a diagnostic assessment and worked through just one single symptom from it (about the expert's flow, in case you're wondering), which, to put it mildly, turned a lot of things upside down inside me, and, to put it mildly, I was freaking blown away by what GSR can do—by what Dmitry keeps telling us tirelessly, but we don't hear because of our own states.
My dear, darling psyche (naturally, I'm looking at it within the scope of my request) managed to build an 11-layer "nesting doll": Surface (layers 1–3): Essentially false goals that I worked on, but without results.

How I healed my resentment and saw my mom in a new light
I want to share my victory—a victory over my own limitations, a victory for honesty with myself.
The other day, I was “fixing” a symptom: resentment toward a friend.
There was a situation where we misunderstood each other, and I felt I had been treated unfairly.
But, you know, resentment isn't really about the other person; it's about that little crack inside us where someone else's pain once seeped in.

How I coped with the rift between my son and me and found new understanding
When I drive my son to school and pick him up, we always listen to my favorite radio station together.
It's Nashe Radio, Russian rock.
I really love it, and my son has always listened with interest too, asking about the meaning of the lyrics.
But for the past couple of days, my son has been turning off the radio just before we get to school.

How I regained my inner support despite illness and fear
Friends, I want to share with you a story that touched me right in the heart.

How I realized that rank ambition is preventing me from seeing reality
Rank ambition (RA) - is it a motivator or a stop factor in your growth?
I'm writing here for the first time.
I want to share my great experience, thanks to which my eyes opened to RA.
The situation is that at work, things are not going as they should...

How helped the boy overcome fear and return to the camp
The next stage.
Here the tricks became more complicated The boy jumps backward with confidence, without fear, but the coach asked him to do a new trick - a forward somersault.
It is harder to jump.
During training, there was an unsuccessful jump with the new trick, and after that, fear and unwillingness to go to the next training sessions at the camp.

How to turn fear into strength and start living anew
I love to sleep With one of my clients, we are working on expanding and launching new projects.
At one of the stages, she shared: 'I love to sleep for a long time.' Morning wake-ups were difficult, and she kept returning to her dreams again and again.
During the process, we discovered that this trait originated in childhood.
When home was unsafe—shouts, conflicts between parents—sleep became a refuge.

How I learned to not depend on others' reactions and gain inner stability
I continue working with my lack of confidence I posted on my open flow about my state when I write something, an insight, an observation from life, regarding my male-female relationship.
I published it and there was absolutely no reaction to it, while the messages that appear immediately below get a lot of comments and reactions.
And I always felt upset inside.
Immediately a drop in GSR, I didn't catch people's attention, I didn't write the right thing… And this upset after the session can be seen, for example, I live in my apartment, doing some things, while in the neighboring apartment, they came for a birthday, they are celebrating, making noise.

How I learned to manage my life through fixing myself and my surroundings
If a person constantly has to deal with broken things in their car, they will end up buying cars that allow them to live out their tendencies of neglect, using their own energy for that.
And in lower ranks, things really do break down often, get ruined, stop working, require a lot of money and attention.
For example, I have a friend who has already complained three times that money seems to be leaking into fixing household things or paying doctors, but on the third time she cancels the session again and again, to keep living out these tendencies of poor money management.
In higher ranks, you already buy things that bring you pleasure and are durable.
