How I regained my energy and learned to act instead of procrastinating.
Review of participation in the experiment @JuliaAmada
When I was ramping up the symptom, I hit a barrier, as if I had backed myself into a corner, with a limited view on life and no possibility to move forward.
The day after ramping up the symptom and removing the barrier, I felt a surge of energy; for several days I was actively engaged, managing to accomplish a lot (before, I didn’t have the energy for tasks and was very slow).
My mind started to work better, planning things out, but my body couldn’t keep up; I was mentally doing things, going where I needed to go, while my body seemed to lag behind, wanting to lie down out of habit, while my mind was ready to do much more.
After four days, my physical and emotional bodies balanced out, everything synchronized.
