How I learned to overcome fears and grow through real actions.
Insight caught up with me!
I am progressing precisely because I am taking steps in reality.
It finally clicked.
1 new step in reality advances me much more than a lot of just fixed symptoms.

How I learned to believe in myself thanks to the expert's support.
I have been in support for about six months, and I feel that my expert is always there for me.
It's very touching and somehow unusual 🥹 It seems to me that no one has ever been so supportive of me before.
Even I, for now, am not that supportive of myself.
Anna seems to see in advance where I might stumble and lays down the straw ahead of time.

How I freed myself from internal fixation and gained energy for real actions.
@org_GSR I wrote a summary of my first year in GSR in 5 parts with a Prologue and Epilogue 😅 Understanding that not everyone will reach my Epilogue, I want to duplicate it here: In the article, I consciously focused on external actions and changes, without delving into the states I was in.
After rereading the text, I saw my most important internal change: The fixation on a rich inner world, which has always been a defining characteristic of my personality, is slowly beginning to dissolve and fade away.
I am increasingly coming to understand that any internal experience, no matter how important, tormenting, or hopeless it may seem, is merely a state that can be put on a piece of paper, worked through, and the state will go away.
It will change.

How I got rid of feelings of exclusion and found relief.
I also felt down about not receiving a gift..
For me, it sounds like "I wasn't chosen, but others were chosen." I also removed the symptom and complained to my expert.
It immediately became much easier, and I can generally move on with life )

How I freed myself from the habit of suffering and began to move swiftly towards my goal.
Inspired by Yulia Amada's work with her clients, my expert Anna Kamynina @AnnaKamynina_GSR decided to repeat the experiment for her clients.
We met together - with Anna and her expert Irina Rumyantseva @Irina_RumiantsevaGSR.
(Out of excitement before meeting Irina Rumyantseva herself, I completely couldn't harmonize and overly tried not to embarrass myself 🙈) Irina twisted a symptom for me on request, and Anna worked through it for herself.
It seemed to me that we removed the symptom "Why do I need a reality where I am not seen and I am unsuccessful" 😅 (I wrote about my work on the symptom here: https://t.me/tatiprokaevaGSR/62) But after the work, Anna sent me her description of the symptom, which turned out to be, on one hand, unexpected, and on the other hand, completely recognizable: In the symptom, there is a state of suffering so beautifully, deliciously, emotionally.
