How I freed myself from internal fixation and gained energy for real actions.
@org_GSR
I wrote a summary of my first year in GSR in 5 parts with a Prologue and Epilogue 😅
Understanding that not everyone will reach my Epilogue, I want to duplicate it here:
In the article, I consciously focused on external actions and changes, without delving into the states I was in.
After rereading the text, I saw my most important internal change: The fixation on a rich inner world, which has always been a defining characteristic of my personality, is slowly beginning to dissolve and fade away.
I am increasingly coming to understand that any internal experience, no matter how important, tormenting, or hopeless it may seem, is merely a state that can be put on a piece of paper, worked through, and the state will go away.
It will change.
