Awakening
I have been working with feelings and states for over 6 years.
I started from a place where I didn’t want to live, and it was terrible.
That was when I first turned to working on my inner world, and it so happened that I almost immediately came across a method that works very deeply with feelings - GSR.
Since then, working on my inner world has become my everyday life, bringing me a tremendous amount of benefits in the real world: I started earning more, I went through difficult life circumstances, and so on.
