Hello everyone) I apologize for being a bit absent from the channel; I was on vacation in Vietnam for the last week 🌴 To be honest, this trip became not just a vacation for me, but a very interesting observation of my state and how GSR influences my perception of life and reality.
The most interesting thing is that I would hardly have dared to take such a trip before.
I was constantly in saving mode, greedy for money, with thoughts like: "Why spend?", "Better later", "It's not the right time." And it was precisely thanks to my work in GSR that I began to notice and change these states.
At some point, I realized that I had been living in a state of constant tension and postponing life "for later" for a very long time.

To be honest, when I first entered GSR, I didn't plan to go beyond the first module at all 😅 At that time, it seemed to me: "Well, I'll work with a couple of states, see how it works, and that's enough." But then everything started to fall into place on its own.
First, just an interest in the system.
Then regular work with symptoms.
Then expert support.

I hadn't quit for 3 years because it was "convenient." Although deep down, I had long wanted to leave the company.
