I had the chance to experience a GSR session with Olga de Benoist.
Let me put it in my own words.
This is a therapy session that cleanses energies (both personal and ancestral) and transforms negative beliefs.

I came to GSR because I had irreversible changes in my spine, and the pain was so severe that at times I couldn't walk.
I tried everything and decided to give GSR a shot.
I had been reading Olga Lobareva's posts for many years and didn't believe in the method at all, but out of desperation, I decided to try it.
I bought the module in August of last year and mastered it in just two days.
