I want to analyze my recent changes on the Male-Female path.
My journey began in August 2025.
Since then, I have worked through 271 symptoms.
But what's interesting is that in the last few days, from working through the symptoms related to Male-Female: 🤩 My music repertoire has completely changed.

Charging won't help There are times when a person does something, but inside they feel that it's pointless and nothing will change the situation.
That was the case for me.
For quite a long time, I either didn't do any exercises at all or did them with the feeling that charging wouldn't help, that no matter how much I trained, my body wouldn't improve or change, it was a waste of time, what is, is.
Everyone else seems to improve with their exercises, but not me.

I want to summarize my two-month journey in the MZ on the resource.
I'll start by saying that my previous MZ experiences were long and destructive.
After that, I couldn't even look at this topic for several years and start doing anything.
But thanks to the expert and my expert , as well as two symptoms that I worked through, I was able to start addressing the topic of MZ on the resource and enjoy it.
