My 2024 Summary with GSR My journey with GSR began less than a year ago, in March.
At first glance, my overall state wasn’t too bad, but internally, I was at rock bottom.
My days passed on autopilot, with a single thought: to be left alone and not disturbed, to sit in a corner all day… After GSR sessions entered my life, vibrant pieces began to emerge in the mosaic of my world.
Now, ten months later, GSR sessions have become an integral part of my life.

Natalia, can I also share how it has been for me?
😘 This started to manifest quite recently, after I worked through a very challenging symptom (my husband's infidelity).
During the session, I felt really bad: I experienced intense aggression, had a headache, my body was tense, especially the back of my neck, and I felt a tremor inside.
I worked on the symptom for 4 days, managing to process only 1-3 tendencies a day.
