I want to talk about what wouldn’t have happened without GSR and my work towards improving Male-Female relationships.

How 2 GSR sessions changed the internal state and behavior of the client The client, after a long marriage (over 20 years), was going through a difficult divorce.
The main problem was the obsessive internal dialogues with her ex-husband.
She felt an invisible connection that drained her: every action she mentally compared with him, constantly looking back at his possible reaction.
She wanted to free up "space" inside for new relationships, but couldn't, which made communication with other men difficult.
