How I resolved a four-year symptom in one hour and found my inner flow
My first systemic zero: how 1 hour changed 4 years of work
Friends, I want to share something that I still can't wrap my head around.
For 4 years, I worked on the first symptom in the "Healing Through the 1st Chakra" project.
It felt like an endless journey.
And yesterday, during 1 hour of a shared professional development flow focused on working with symptoms from this project, led by project leader Olga Lobareva, I brought my long-standing symptom to systemic zero💥
At first, I didn't believe it.

How I learned to change my relationship with my parents by processing my own feelings.
I had a similar experience too)
At first, I was a practitioner of Module 1 and wanted my mom to finally go to specialists and start having sessions with them.
Then I became a GSR specialist myself and actively tried to "drag" her to sessions with me or back to specialists...
It was only when a few parents came to me at the beginning of my practice with clients, whose children had strongly asked them to have a session "at least for their sake," that I saw and understood why children shouldn't treat their parents this way...
Each of these parents found it incredibly difficult to open up to their feelings; their emotional systems were usually very complex, and it took them practically titanic efforts to "withstand" this process, not to give up and leave, because it was incredibly hard for them (I think that when you work with your feelings and symptoms, you have probably encountered that some states and symptoms are, to put it mildly, very difficult to process...).

How I found myself by freeing from others' expectations.
"Married to Find My Place": How I Stopped Being a Homeless Girl and Found Myself
A woman in her 30s came to me; she lives with a man but is not married.
Every day she feels like "nobody" — without legal support, without a blessing, without status.
She is tired of fulfilling the duties of a wife while remaining "just a cohabitant." She believes that a stamp in her passport will give her what she has never had — a place, security, protection from a judgmental society.
But deep down, her request hid a completely different hunger: she didn't so much want to get married as she dreamed of breaking free from the prison of others' expectations and finally allowing herself to live the way she wants.

How I overcame limitations after surgery and returned to life with GSR sessions.
When the surgery was behind me and self-pity and the feeling of being helpless began to overwhelm me, it was time to have a GSR session!
I want to express my immense gratitude to my GSR colleague @flux_hay Aikui Danielyan for the session after my surgery❤️ Your help in such a vulnerable state of mine is invaluable!
I can't find the words to describe how much this work has eased my life!
The surgery was done, and I faced the doctors' recommendations to "limit myself in physical activity for 1 month," which meant I couldn't bend or squat, thus depriving me of the ability to do sessions for myself, and even more so for my dear clients - and this has been my way of life for the past 8 years..

How I experienced a quantum leap in my quality of life thanks to a professional GSR session.
Here’s the translated text:
- Before the session: she responded quickly (within a few minutes) to my message requesting a session, and we met and conducted it on the same day.
- During the session: she articulated all the states that emerged quickly, clearly, and with 100% accuracy, almost checking in with me after each scenario to see if what was being said resonated with me (for me, this speaks volumes about her care for the client and her genuine concern for what the client is experiencing during the process).
- After the GSR session: on the same day after the session, the next day, a week later, and throughout the month, she checked in on "how I am, how I feel, what I observe, where I am directing myself, what is happening with me?" She provided valuable comments on the processes I was going through, asked additional questions that helped me gain clearer and more focused awareness of what was happening with me and how new states were unfolding in my reality - it’s hard to express how valuable this is ❤️ I am 100% ready to recommend you as a GSR specialist to my circle, and I do so constantly.
Because the depth and speed of your work always impress me; working with you significantly advances my progress, as if "tectonic plates" in my consciousness are shifting, leading to a quantum leap in the quality of my life - that’s how it feels for me.
