How to reconnect with the body and improve quality of life.
Today, I worked with a client on a very interesting and indicative state — it can be called "dead."
What does this mean?
Imagine a "autopilot" mode, where the body seems to disconnect from its own signals: physical pain is hardly noticed or simply doesn't matter, any bodily sensations lose significance, and the focus completely shifts to emotional experiences — they seem to be the only important thing.
In this case, the body can be perceived as a secondary element or as a tool to try to understand the inner self.
The client said directly: "Physical pain doesn't bother me, but emotional pain does.
