So now, at work, someone sent me a message requiring engagement and decision-making, and it's my day off, but I easily got involved, quickly studied the inputs, made a decision and replied to the message.
And there was no internal resistance, no inner disturbance that they disturbed me on my day off and minimal resources were spent on this.
