My life has changed, but when I entered the GSR system, I didn't even suspect it.
Step by step, through fear and overcoming challenges, I emerged into "fresh air," and it became easier to move forward.
Over these three years, I have completed more than 1000 sessions and experienced many transformations.
My changes feel like two different people: "BEFORE" and "AFTER." What happens inside are deep processes that are hard to put into words, and not everyone will understand, as each person experiences their own heaven and hell.

"Getting Out of the Dark Forest." My introduction to GSR came through the peace and inner silence I found after years of pain.
