How I helped people overcome their fears and share their successes publicly.
GSR-MEETING IN TOMSK
I am writing this post from the intercity bus "Tomsk-Novosibirsk" to share my observations and realizations that occurred to me today.
I came to Tomsk for just 6 hours to hold a meeting with practitioners of the GSR system, as well as with those interested in the methodology for improving their lives.
Just yesterday, I had thoughts about the long journey, especially since I am in Novosibirsk for a short time, but I kept hearing the focus that "you need to grow into what calls you," and I felt that this was a step in my own flow, so I couldn't skip it.
In Tomsk, I was met by my companion, who flew in from Moscow specifically to organize this meeting.

How to overcome the fear of public exposure and achieve success on social media!
One of the quite frequent requests for GSR sessions is the fear of social media… Our lives are structured in such a way that many people feel the need to present themselves, share about their lives and activities, offer their services, and showcase their professional achievements.
However, in this process of self-presentation, many encounter a sense of insecurity: anxiety arises about who will think what, the fear that someone might cause harm, and the feeling that sharing something personal with a wide audience could lead to loss… Where does the fear of publicity come from?
It stems from our ancestral memory; even if we look back at the recent past of our country, we recall stories of someone reporting on someone else, informing "the right people," which often led to punishment (imprisonment, confiscation of property, etc.).
If we delve even deeper into human history, any form of "otherness" or distinction from the general "gray mass" could be persecuted… even to the point of being burned at the stake.

How I transformed my life and learned to get what I want quickly and easily!
I’m happy to share feedback from a girl we worked with for several months using the #GSR method: “It’s not easy to fully grasp all the changes because we worked on different fronts, but the most important thing is that I stopped waiting for someone to make my life brighter and more fulfilling for me, and I started creating it myself.
I travel more often and expand my social circle🔥 I feel much calmer and more confident in all areas.
Professionally, I finally started earning money for my work and working for myself.
By the way, I’m the first in my family to have my own business and not receive a salary, but to create my own business entirely👍 The attitude of the people around me seems to have become more respectful, and I’ve felt more reciprocity, which made me want to be more open myself🤗 In my relationship with my partner, I’ve simply become calmer; I feel like nothing can upset me now, and I hope to build lasting close relationships💞 It was important for me that my own anger no longer destroys either me or everything around me!
