How I transformed my inner blocks into a source of strength and joy.

In the last two months, I have completed 45 truly deep and important sessions for me🥹 And during my entire time in the GSR system, it's hard to even count them!
I am very proud of my strength in contributing to myself and my inner energy.
I had already been in the process of self-discovery before, looking into my most painful points and seeing the meaning in working on myself.
This stage was necessary for my psyche to restructure and start looking not only at problems but also at the possibilities of consciousness🧚🏻♀️ For example, in one of yesterday's sessions from the old stack of symptoms, I proved to myself once again that I now approach sessions from a resourceful place and was able to resolve the tension in my throat while singing.
