In my biography, there was a long period of being a homemaker.
On one hand, I was happy to dedicate myself to my family—my husband and children—after several years of a job I didn’t particularly love.
On the other hand, after about five years of this lifestyle, I began to feel the weight of ancestral (or perhaps other) programs that made my daily tasks feel burdensome.
I felt like a servant to my children and husband, losing the joy in my life.
