I used to pay little attention to social media.
Consequently, I didn't manage any accounts.
I was very far removed from all of this.
After getting acquainted with the GSR author’s methodology, I felt the need to start engaging with these online platforms.

I was recently asked, "Are you happy?" After a moment of reflection, I replied, "YES!!!" It seems that nothing has changed in my external surroundings—the same house, the same job, the same people, and even the events are "+-" pretty much the same.
BUT so much has changed in my inner sense of self.
🔸I am someone who never knew how to manage social media.
I found it uninteresting.
