In March, I participated in an experiment by Julia Amada @JuliaAmada and I want to leave a review.
From Julia, "I go into the child - a dead-end energy." After working with Julia, I caught the structure.
It was indeed a structure, even though the session was about the symptom.
I began to understand something about how to move further into the child.

I used sessions to heal my pain from my grandmother's death; she raised me and was closer to me than my mom.
I also noticed that after the sessions, the pain felt like it had been pushed back in time, and it became much easier to bear.
Psychology describes the stages of grief that a person goes through for a year, at best.
I am incredibly grateful to the GSR system for showing that any pain can be alleviated, if not removed immediately.
