A week has passed since 2M, and I’ve done several sessions offline and online — and it’s just amazing!
A new life.
I have a sea of resources after each session, and if I do two a day — then I need to fix my bloating.
And on such a resource, the bumps and rough edges that used to catch and worry me remain somewhere under the tread; I just fly forward.

For several days, I read other people's year-end summaries and thought: people, how wonderful you are!
To look at my year positively, I had to fix various things — and then I clearly saw my starting point and the initial dynamics in my family.
After that, my 2025 results stopped seeming trivial and became very necessary.
