Summarizing the results of 2022 with such enthusiasm, I didn't expect to find myself in such a resourceful state.
For some reason, I was so captivated by this process that time flew by yesterday.
From writing and analyzing my journey with GSR, reading my personal diary, posts, thoughts, and insights that I had hesitated to share, I gained a tremendous amount of energy, which led me to create my Telegram channel yesterday and share the results of my growth and changes on the path with GSR since 2021.
This is truly an invaluable investment in myself and my life.

Work on yourself, even if it's just through self-reflection.
My child doesn't particularly like having sessions done on him, and only agrees in the most extreme cases.
My son is 25 years old.
I take all my feelings and attitudes towards him, everything I dislike about him and what's happening in his life, and I release it through self-reflection and conduct sessions.

The request was to restore her inner state after the tragic death of her son.
Four years ago, her 25-year-old son hanged himself due to a girl.
