The other day, I caught myself feeling what I call "BAD." Familiar?
When there's a howl inside, but everything seems to be going well on the outside, yet there's no joy.
It turned out to be a classic internal barrier before moving to a new level.

The result didn't take long to show: I received the first requests for online sessions from new people.
I really felt my expansion.
On top of that, I joined the "doing" practicum with my expert Anna Andreeva @gsr_andreeva_anna, actively engaged in it while also working and conducting evening training sessions.
Well, I expanded!
