How I learned to embrace my vulnerability and find strength in it.
Yesterday, during the session of Group 3 of the Professional Development Stream, there was a meditation on the Life Stream.
Thanks to it, I had the opportunity to look into my vulnerability, to see, accept, and support my weak side.
I always pushed myself, feeling the need to be strong, to keep up, to do, to pull through, to be strict with myself, because if you’re not doing well, you won’t survive.
I always wanted someone to love me, someone from the outside.

How I Restored Warmth in My Family and Confidence in Myself.
👩 Client: A 28-year-old woman, married, with a 2-year-old child 🎯 Request: I'm at home with my child, the child benefit will decrease due to the time limit, and I don't know how to live on this money.
I'm afraid I won't be able to feed my child, and I'm hesitant to ask my husband for money.
When I was working, I could afford everything myself, but now I want my husband to not hold back on spending for me.
❌ We addressed feelings of helplessness, the need to survive on limited resources, disrupted connection to the paternal flow, blocked feminine resources, emptiness, and viewing my husband merely as a function: he should bring in money, without seeing him as a person.

How I became the main character of my life from a feeling of emptiness.
Once upon a time, there was Cinderella, an ordinary girl, not from a fairy tale.
Somewhere behind the stove, without a place to call home, she lived with distant relatives.
Unwanted, like a thorn in someone's side.
They would give her a piece of bread and say thank you; if they didn’t, she would just get by.

How I regained my strength after a heavy loss.
"The situation was tragic, bordering on the worst outcome for my life..." – this is how my client's review begins.
About a month ago, she experienced a misfortune – she lost all her savings.
Here is her feedback after the gsr session: "Len, thank you for your work.
The situation was tragic, bordering on the worst outcome for my life, and it's understandable that a stress of this level is something most people endure for years, often leading to depression.

How I Changed My Attitude Towards My Daughter and Freed Myself from Resentments.
The client came to the session feeling anxious about her daughter, grappling with the feeling of being a "bad mother": "I often scold and get angry at my child for disobedience, and I don't give enough warmth and attention due to my busyness." After the session, she felt a sense of hope for change in her parenting, and the burden of resentment lifted.
Here’s her feedback after the session: "All the trends discussed in the session were recognizable: • I don’t remember my father from my childhood (only my mother was around, and it felt like he was never there).
Upon reflection, I realized that he himself doesn’t know what a father is—he never experienced paternal care/love/affection in his life, and he doesn’t know how to give that to his child.
• Resentment in my life is a key point; this feeling has been passed down from my grandmother to my mother, and from my mother to me… For a while, I often heard my mother express resentment towards her mother/husband/mother-in-law.

How I Overcame Helplessness and Took Control of My Life Again.
Here's the translated text: Right now, there's a lot of work, and I don't have time to hang out on the internet.
This saves me from the information overload that has unfolded.
But, as we know, you can't live in society and be free from it.
It's also frustrating to see what's happening.

How each new module opens up new horizons and enhances skills.
I noticed that each subsequent module not only introduces new content but also enhances the skills learned in previous ones.
Each new exposure deepens the understanding of the system, improving all previously acquired skills.
This was evident after the third module when I began to address clients' symptoms more clearly and precisely as a specialist.
After yesterday's practice on interpreting trends in the SCh, today during a session on SR, I see that I read trends in the SR field differently now.

I want to share about a client session.
We just worked with a regular client on her current state.
Her one-year-old baby fell off the bed, and she is really worried that he got hurt and is in pain.
She can't find peace and doesn't want to let the child out of her arms at all.
