The dynamics of life change in GSR After the recent changes in my life, I wanted to explore the taste of the new that emerges after sessions.
What is this taste, what is it like now?
✔️ And I saw: in the first few years of practicing, the changes from GSR sessions felt more localized, pinpointed: "it was this way — it changed." 🟡 Now, the changes from sessions resonate not as a local transformation of certain states within me — but as a transformation of my entire life.
✅ Previously, the changes from sessions were like a flash of bright light in utter darkness and felt very "magical" and somehow "loud." Because against the backdrop of the complete darkness that my life was, it truly felt that way.
