How I recognized my weakness and learned to let the flow through on my own
On the previous systemic zero day, I fixed 3 symptoms (down to client zero).
And that was my impossible feat.
Then, when I checked the flow, the next step was to fix GS.
I spent a week fixing it.

How I stopped seeing changes ‘in general’ and began understanding myself more deeply
About analyzing sessions…
I thought I was doing relatively well with symptom analysis: I can see in the moment how my state has changed, and I can see which areas of my life the changes will unfold in.
And in general, I understand what has changed and how, and where to look…
The key phrase here is "in general." 😊
I'm currently fixing my BL with @Polina_Kalmykova_GSR
And today it dawned on me that when I analyze things, I look at them very superficially, "in general." And that had been a kind of norm for me…
And I also saw all the changes within me that happened thanks to GSR sessions "in general":
In general, life has become easier for me,
in general, I've become more stable and grounded,
in general, I've become more alive… and so on.
But energy-wise, it's like when someone asks you, "How are you?"
And you answer, "Fine."
Essentially, that answer doesn't tell you anything…
And I want to try taking one symptom and tracking each tendency (at least a few of them) in real life.
I mean literally taking one tendency and tracking it all day:
I used to do things this way, and now I can do them differently, more appropriately.

How I realized that deep changes begin with one right step
Day three on the path of analysis…
I didn't move on to tracking changes in reality after day 2, and I started looking into why.
I realized that the audio format (I was dictating tendencies into a voice recorder during the session) doesn't work for me.
I need to write.
And I decided to take the session analysis framework from the GSR-300 journal and use it to work through one tendency.

How I learned to see problems' essence and move toward my goal faster
I'm continuing to do self-sessions using the same principle…
I suggested that other participants in the self-session challenge group try doing a session with the same focuses.
I don't know whether anyone else tried it, but one woman did and sent me her observations in a private message.
And ours matched:
When you enter a session intending to track changes in reality afterward, you begin reading tendencies differently:
It's as though each tendency has more superficial manifestations and deeper energies.
And you seem to start reading them in layers: the more superficial ones, then deeper, and then deeper still.

How I understood that working with myself is the key to working with clients
«Playing around» with tracking interpretations, I switched to what not everyone has 1pro…
And I once started by tracking changes from my sessions without interpretations…
And I remembered that the most important thing for me at that time was:
1.
to be as open as possible to changes…
something changed in my session (I felt it during the switches and generally this difference when I opened the field and when I brought the symptom to zero), and this «something» can be seen in life.
2.
to track this with interest…
as if here this «thread» is how interesting my life is to me and what is happening in it, interest in myself, interest in changes and openness to them…
When I was going through module 2 and 2pro, the phrase from Dmitry Ustinov «do sessions for clients the same way you do for yourself» was something not fully understandable to me…
But yesterday the puzzle pieces came together:
There is the scheme from module 1 and the diary of self-sessions.

How I overcame restrictions and opened up to my true life.
Expert support.
In the expert chat, Svetlana Odarenko wrote about her journey in expert support.
And for me, it sounded like a confession: so honest and open… raw authenticity…
And I decided to write about my journey in expert support.
The armor of my closed system, thanks to the repairs with GSR sessions, cracked…
And I entered the ES…
And I entered not just as a newly hatched chick… but rather as a chick through whose concrete shell light began to penetrate… the light of life, the light of external reality.

How I overcame difficulties and achieved inner growth through a powerful method.
Olesya, I am immensely grateful to you 🫶
From you, I learned about the GSR system and saw how cool and WORKING this method is.
I saw the results.
And after just 2 sessions with you, I wanted to buy 1 module.
Maybe you are confusing me with someone else.

How I learned to live for myself and find a true interest in my life.
After the symptom of "compensatory motivation," I started to look deeper.
How can one live without relating to others?
If everything I do isn't just to turn back and show everyone how great I am?
How can I live not through the lens of other people?
After the symptom of "compensatory motivation," I started to look deeper.
How can one live without relating to others?
How I found my way to new resources and depths in life.
The biggest gift I gave myself for 2024 is my challenge "The Road to My Life." I am endlessly grateful to GSR system and Darina Askarova for giving me this opportunity.
❤️❤️❤️ I will describe the journey separately.
Here, I want to emphasize that the most important thing I've realized is: You don't have to wait until you've completed all the modules, trainings, fixed yourself to the deepest depths, and become "significant" in the system.
You can start investing in the system right now, at your own level, based on your capabilities and resources.
