How I found support and gratitude in the most unexpected places.
I want to share my year-end results in this chat.
They are a bit strange and spontaneously written this year - all 15 times/years before, I would sit down and thoroughly organize everything - but, apparently, this is how it is for us now.
:) I am immensely grateful for all of this, which took so long to achieve, but eventually did, to my expert Olga Sgibneva @All_ga_S: for her help, for her support, for her iron hand on the frying pan (because, unfortunately, nothing else works for me, but this works wonderfully!) I am also immensely grateful to my husband Denis, who signed on a pink piece of paper 11 years ago that he agreed to everything in bulk - and has been by my side ever since, always supporting me.
Even if in the moment I think he is the main jerk who is not letting me live - it always turns out later that he was right, and I got carried away again.

How I achieved results in GSR by taking small steps over 9 years.
After the New Year, I suddenly felt the urge to sit down and describe my entire journey in GSR.
It turned out to be long, but it's almost 9 years - and yes: I still don't have Egypt and I still don't have the 2nd module (and, of course, all the subsequent modules as well).
What I wrote is a description of "where one can get in GSR if they take very small steps, but do so for a long time and with purpose." I think this might be especially interesting for beginner practitioners who don't have the money for some cool systemic things yet, and feel like nothing will work or be achieved without them.

How I rethought my year and opened new horizons.
I want to share the birthday "results of the year," which turned out to be unexpectedly quite different from the "results of the year" that were written just a month and a half ago.
Amazing speeds in the new flows, and overall in the System right now.

How I learned to control my 'cravings' and lose weight calmly, acknowledging my weaknesses.
#review My review of the "gift" session on the Year Results from @valievaelena Elena Valieva 🙏 I came to Elena's session with a request: I have a problem with "snacking." I eat to cope with stress, and I can't do anything about it; it's an uncontrollable process.
Moreover, for some reason, I can't present this process to my expert.
There are always more important, more pressing issues that require attention right now and push me towards my important goals.
And the snacking - well, it exists, it's unpleasant, yes, I'm gaining weight uncontrollably because of it, but it seems like I can live with it, even though I don't really want to.

How I Overcame Apathy and Learned to Achieve My Goals.
I found working with an expert to be very helpful.
At every expert meeting, it was always the same: "What do you want?
- I don't want anything." We addressed the "I don't want anything" issue, fixed it, and then it was back to "What do you want?
I don't want anything," and this went on for six months.
