I haven’t shared my journey since completing 2M.
After doing 55 sessions in 2.5 months (more than 40 for my husband), I couldn’t bring myself to write in the group chats, but today I want to share.
Today, for the first time, I gave my friend an in-person session.
She came in a very difficult current state, unable to hold back tears over how tired she was of everything—of multitasking as a mom, of the daily grind, of owing everyone something and running like a hamster on a wheel day after day, of the constant churning of thoughts in her head.
