How I regained my joy of life and learned to enjoy every moment.
Recently, @Viktoriya_gsr gave me a session as a gift for my participation in a year-end competition, and now I want to share the results I've been observing 🥰
We did a session on my procrastination regarding having a child, which sounded like "there are still so many things to do first, and only then can I plan," and it was my biggest session yet; we worked for almost 3 hours!
During the session, there was a lot of my resistance, falling out of the flow of life, postponing life for later, and how tightly I hold on to what I have now and don't want/I'm not ready to let go of it.
By the end of the session, I felt a physical exhaustion and as if I had fallen into a stupor, temporarily deaf to the world, as if I had been placed in a cocoon.
But already the next day, my unpacking began - I started to notice that I could enjoy the present moment more, savoring life here and now, and it feels so great!
