So, I got up today at 7 AM, a bit sleep-deprived because I had so much interesting stuff going on before bed.
I went through my morning routine, did some exercises for my spine and back, and then made myself an amazing breakfast that was totally over the top, all in the name of self-care.
(By the way, I’ve already lost more than 2.5 kg and I’m working out with a trainer.) I had an incredible session with a client, who left saying, “This session answered so many of my long-standing questions, and I feel so good right now.
