Today I heard the best compliment about my changes with GSR.
I have been a "dying swan" my whole life, "barely a soul in a body." My energy level was not even at zero, but in the negative.
It was a mystery to me what kind of people go to sports, for example, because they "need to drain excess energy" (I wish they would share some with me!) People around me always told me to "shake it off," "don't sleep," but I couldn't.
With GSR, things started to change, and I noticed it, but only today did I realize the scale of it.

Recently, I transitioned to a new position.
I'm sharing the results of a session that helped me cope with challenges and make significant progress in fulfilling new tasks.
