Yesterday, while doing a challenging workout and struggling a bit, I saw my progress and the results of my daily purposeful actions.
In the past, I would have been too afraid to even attempt such a workout, but now I just do it and can even put together a nice version in the end.

My session conclusion sounded like "my beautiful feminine has found a place in this reality." The symptom was about all possible variations of closedness and difficulties in relationships.
It was as if my reality truly did not allow for openness, to follow someone.
At the same time, in reality, in my experience, I seemed to be moving outward, but apparently, I was doing an unnatural process inside, ultimately unable to sustain it and interrupting contact.
If I look at the dynamics through the focus of direct action, it seems that as a result of my own work, there appeared an opportunity to choose this direct step, a new door, or not to choose.
