How I learned to manage my state and get more out of everyday life.
Yesterday, I had an interesting and very new experience ❤️👻 Although, ideally, this is an experience that a first-module student should share, not a level 2 expert… but it is what it is)) 😀 I woke up feeling tired, and it was somehow difficult in the morning.
I couldn’t seem to make progress on my current family tasks that are important to me.
There was so much to do, but it felt like I didn’t have enough resources for everything… I went out to run some errands, and I started to feel physically unwell in the car… Everything was going wrong… It was hot, the sun was baking the car, there was traffic, and I even panicked a bit, thinking I might feel worse in the car 😀😀😀 I felt dependent on the situation, my state, and the circumstances, plus the traffic, heat, and dizziness… 🤪 I wanted to go home, close the blinds, and not go anywhere.
I was really feeling off.

How I Learned to Understand Myself Better and Change My Life.

Polina wrote so accurately… it seems it took three years for this, in my opinion… Indeed, to see deep changes, one needs to work on themselves and grow internally… it's like seeing oneself and one's life from a different angle, from a new, deeper perspective… in the past, a person could only touch upon their true self in a crisis situation… life would flash before their eyes only at the moment of death… but now, in GSR, we have the opportunity to see, understand, and change ourselves more deeply with each session, with every symptom we process!
This is the reality of a new era!
